What people ask.
What happens when the licence ends?
Each person keeps their plan, readable and exportable, exactly as anybody whose subscription stops does. They can pay for themselves from Settings, or wait for the licence to come back.
A student already pays for Madison. Do they pay twice?
No. A seat covers them from the day they join, and their own subscription carries on until they stop it, which they can do from Settings in one click. We don't stop it for them, because it is theirs.
Can I see what my students have planned?
No, and nobody else can either. The console lists who has a seat and how they joined. Their planners, and anything they pay for themselves, are private to them.
How does joining by school email work?
Add your school's domain in the console. If your own address is on it, it is verified at once; otherwise a person here checks it first. After that, anybody who confirms an address on that domain gets a seat, while there are seats. Public addresses, like gmail.com, can never be added.
Can we change the number of seats?
Yes, from the console, at any time. More seats are charged for the rest of the year; fewer are credited. You can't go below the number of people using one, so nobody loses their seat by surprise.
